i think you could just record yourself reading every word in the dictionary aloud, and then mix them all over one another, listen to that sound and then simply reproduce it as best you can with your mouth. That sound would be the word you're looking for. Maybe the onomatopoeic synonym for onomatopoeia is white noise?
